Na mnoho frontách bojujeme proti věcem, které nechceme snášet. Na školách proti tlaku byrokratických pravidel a zvůli některých učitelů, v práci proti špatným pracovním podmínkám a malým platů, na ulicích proti neonacistickému násilí. Děláme kampaně proti válkám a militarismu nebo proti ničení životního prostředí. Bojujeme za naše zájmy samostatně v menších skupinách nebo se připojujeme k větším protestů podobně jako před rokem proti summitu G8 v Německu. »»»»

The League for the Fifth International (LFI) keeps expelling activists from its youth group REVOLUTION
The independent youth organization REVOLUTION was formed when the LFI expelled a large part of its youth group, which had also been called REVOLUTION. Here we reproduce a statement protesting against further expulsions from the LFI’s youth group. We apologize that the identical names are confusing, but as the statement shows, the LFI’s youth group is in the process of disappearing.
The League for the Fifth International (LFI) continues to expel members from its youth group REVOLUTION. In October 2006, the Revo groups in Germany, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and Australia were expelled by the LFI. The youth movement in the Basque Country is an inspiration for young people across Europe. The brutal repression by the Spanish and French states has not been able to stop the mass struggles: young people fight against the lack of decent jobs, temp agencies that exploit young people, the lack of affordable housing… They occupy buildings to create cultural centers… They fight for their political rights and against national oppression…
These are problems that young people all over Europe face: tuition fees and the privatization of education, unemployment, poverty, and youth oppression. Repression is also increasing across Europe, for example the Communist Union of Youth (KSM) from the Czech Republic was banned simply for calling for the abolition of private property! »»»»

Diese Entscheidung der PDVSA-Führung und des Arbeitsministeriums – unter der Leitung der „sozialistischen“ Regierung von Hugo Chávez – ist das jüngste Ereignis aus einer Reihe von Angriffen auf die unabhängige ArbeiterInnenbewegung in Venezuela. Durch die Kündigung von Orlando Chirino soll der linke Flügel in der Gewerkschaft UNT geschwächt und die ganze Arbeiterbewegung unter Regierungskontrolle gestellt werden. »»»»
